Antes de nada explicar como nuestros gobierno les roba el dinero aparte delos impuestos o tasas
tenemos el famoso sistema de la devaluación del dinero mediante la creación sin
control de ese dinero.

Todas las personas que quieran ahorrar dinero y protegerse de la inflación o lo que es lo mismo que
el Gobierno devalué las monedas y pensamos que los precios de las cosas suben
pero no es así es que tu moneda pierde valor.

Por eso lo inteligente es ahorrar algo de dinero en productos que se conocen por tener un valor
y no se puede imprimir o crear de la nada, es limitado y sirve para intercambiar.

AUNQUE les guste o no guardar algo de Oro, Plata o Bitcoin, la plata es la mejor opcional por que esta tan barata y esta siendo manipulada a la vaja como la investigacion que tiene en estos momentos a 5 bancos mundiales entre la espada y la pared en Europa.

China currency MANIPULATION.

it's becoming harder and harder (and more and more expensive) for China to hide/defend its devaluation strategy (CNH down over 13% since the 'one-off' Aug 2015 devaluation).


And in its latest effort to rig the currency's value, it currently costs more to borrow yuan overnight in Hong Kong than it does to borrow it for a year.

As The Wall Street Journal reports,

Here’s the latest sign that China’s attempt to internationalize its currency is flailing: During December, banks have had to pay around 6% on average to borrow yuan from each other overnight in Hong Kong, the biggest global market for yuan trading.

That is a prohibitively high cost for overnight funds—which typically form the base for short-term lending rates—and one that would send seizures through most normal markets. The equivalent cost to borrow U.S. dollars overnight is 0.437%.

But the market for Chinese yuan outside of China isn’t normal, as shown by these snapshots of how much it has cost at different times during the year to borrow yuan in Hong Kong, for terms from overnight to a year. Typically, it would cost less to borrow overnight and for shorter terms than it would for longer terms. 



At three times this year—in January, September and December—Chinese attempts to control the value or movement of its currency have sent the overnight yuan Hong Kong interbank offered rate, or Hibor, shooting up. That has rippled through other Hong Kong yuan-lending rates in weird ways, producing a motley assortment of yield curves.

On Thursday, overnight Hibor was fixed at 11.8%, up from 7.31% on Wednesday. It currently costs more to borrow yuan overnight in Hong Kong than it does to borrow it for a year—the sixth time that has happened in December.

"It’s not normal for this to be taking place,” said Mitul Kotecha, head of Asia foreign-exchange and rates strategy at Barclays in Singapore.

China has been trying to promote greater global use of the yuan, but this year, after sharp falls in the value of yuan prompted speculators to bet against it offshore, and Chinese to send increasing amounts of money overseas, officials have stepped in to control things.

Recently, China’s foreign-exchange regulator has instructed banks to limit how much money companies move out of the country, making it more difficult for big companies to send large amounts of yuan or dollars overseas. Traders say that has crimped the amount of yuan in Hong Kong, the main pool of the currency outside of mainland China, pushing up short-term rates. Borrowing costs have also ticked higher in anticipation of stricter capital controls.

Simply put, the rate spikes and contorted yield curves are symptoms of a dysfunctional, manipulated market.

La burbuja que se esta preparando tras 37 anos de un mercado a la lza de los Bonos de los Estados
llega a su fin, como todo economista sabe sin lugar a duda nada crece sin parar y tarde o temprano
las corracione llegan de forma natural para corregir los excesos de los inversores y esto pasa en
todos los diferentes tipos de intrumentos de inversion como bien descrubimos con el mercado mundial de la vivienda que pensabamos hera imposible de corregir segun todos los expertos.

Esta vez sera mucho peor y espero que la gente se prepare para las oportunifdades que esto creara en
todo el planeta.

China Dumps Treasuries: Foreign Central Banks Liquidate A Record $403 Billion In US Paper

One month ago, when we last looked at the Fed's update of Treasuries held in custody, we noted something troubling: the number had continued to drop sharply, declining by another $14 billion in one week, and pushing the total amount of custodial paper to $2.788 trillion, the lowest since 2012. One month later, we refresh this chart and find that in last week's update, there is finally some good news: foreign central banks finally bought some US paper held in the Fed's custody account, which following months of liquidation, rose over the past two weeks by $23 billion, the biggest two-week advance since November of 2016, pushing the total amount of custodial paper to $2.816 trillion, the highest since early October.

That was the good news, and we use the term loosely in as much as the custody account can be used as a proxy of foreign buying, which according to most rates watchers, it can.
The bad news came out with the release of latest monthly Treasury International Capital data for the month of October, which showed that the troubling trend presented one month ago, has accelerated to an unprecedented degree.
Recall that in mid-November, we reported that in the latest 12 months we observed a record $375 billion in Treasury selling by foreign central banks in the period August 2015-September 2016, something unprecedented in size.
Fast forward to today when in the latest monthly update for the month of October, we find that what until a month ago was "merely" a record $375 billion in offshore central bank sales in the LTM period ending  September 30 has, one month later, risen to a new all time high $403 billion in Treasuries sold in the past 12 months.
As the chart below shows, there has never been such an aggressive selling of US Treasuries over a 12 month period in history.

The biggest seller, and keep in mind that TIC data is on a market-price adjusted basis, was once again was China, which in October "sold" a record $41 billion in US paper (the actual underlying number while different, as this particular series is adjusted for Mark to Market variations, will be similar), and a massive $125 billion in the last 4 months, bringing its total Treasury holdings to just $1.116 trillion, the lowest amount of US paper held by Beijing since 2010. In the process, China has now been overtaken by Japan for the top US creditor position in terms of total holdings with $1.132 trillion, for just the second time.

It wasn't just China: Belgium, which has long been rumored to be the venue where China's keeps its "secret" offshore Treasury holdings couretsy of Euroclear, also dumped its TSY holdings, and in October its stated holdings (which again have to be adjusted for MTM), tumbled from $143Bn to $117Bn, the lowest since the summer of 2015.

Furthermore, as we have shown previously, when superimposing China and Belgium's holdings together, these tend to allign almost perfectly with the monthly change in Chinese reserves, which as reported before, have been declining sharply in recent months as a result of China's aggressive attempts to prevent a sharp devaluation of the Yuan. This can be seen on the chart below, and confirms that at least when it comes to China, the reason for the selling of Treasurys has been due to reserve liquidation.

As we pointed out one month ago, what has become increasingly obvious is that both foreign central banks, sovereign wealth funds, reserve managers, and virtually every other official institution in possession of US paper, is liquidating their holdings at a disturbing pace, something which in light of the recent surge in yields to over 2 year highs, appears to have been a prudent move.
In some cases, like China, this is to offset devaluation pressure; in others such as Saudi Arabia and other petroleum exporting nations, it is to provide the funds needed to offset the drop in the petrodollar, and to backstop the country's soaring budget deficit. In all cases, it may suggest concerns about a spike in future debt issuance by the US, especially now under the pro-fiscal stimulus Trump administration.
So who are they selling to? The answer, at least until August, was private demand, in other words just like in the stock market the retail investor is the final bagholder, so when it comes to US Treasuries, "private investors" both foreign and domestic are soaking up hundreds of billions in central bank holdings. As we said two months ago when we observed this great rotation in Treasuries out of official holders into private hands, "we wonder if they would [keep buying] knowing who is selling to them." Well, last month this changed, and after private investors had been happily snapping up bonds for 4 straight months, in September "other foreign investors" sold a whopping $31 billion, bringing the total outflow between public and private foreign holdings to $76.6 billion, the second highest number on record. In October, while foreign official entities sold another $45 billion, at least the pace of selling by private entities moderated somewhat, to "only" $18.3 billion.
Meanwhile, while just four months ago yields had tumbled to near all time lows, suddenly the picture is inverted, and long-yields are surging on concerns that not only will the ECB and the BOJ soon taper their purchases of the long end, but that Donald Trump is about to unleash a $1 trillion debt tsunami at a time when the Fed will not be available to monetize it, now that the Fed is again hiking rates.
While it is unclear under what conditions foreign buyers may come back - after all TSY rates have already jumped high enough to where US paper should be more than attractive to foreign official institutions - one thing is clear: as of this moment the selling strike not only continues but is accelerating, and should the foreign liquidation of Treasuries fail to slow, Yellen will soon have to plan how to not only abort the current rate experiment which continues to pressure yields higher around the globe, but to start thinking how to launch QE4 instead.

El dia Martes 26 de Abril el Gobierno chino anuncio un nuevo comercio de Oro
Chino, hasta la fecha solo Estados Unidos y Reino Unido tenían licencia para comerciar con oro
en su moneda pero ahora China el mayor productor y consumidor de Oro del mundo ademas de estar
incrementando sus reservas a niveles estratosférico.

Este cambio en el sistema establecido durante décadas cambiara el Mundo como lo conocemos
a largo plazo, China también estableció que el Oro en china no se podrá cambiar en dolares.

Otra noticia que no se ha echo publica en los mayores medios de comunicacion del mundo es el echo de que el gigante Aleman Deuche Bank confeso la  manipulación de los precios de el Oro y la plata
por parte de los grandes bancos del mundo para controlar el precio a la baja, Deuche Bank esta proporcionado la información necesaria para poder penalizar a estos Bancos pero lo mass importante de esta noticia es que los Bancos al saber que están siendo investigados en este momento no pueden seguir dinamitando a la baja el precio de la plata puesto que están siendo vigilados muy de cerca esto significa que este es el mejor momento para invertir en Oro y plata puesto que las grandes mafias bancarias ya no pueden hacer lo que hacen siempre manipular los precios para su propio beneficio.

Todas las informaciones , datos, periódicos y medios de televisión están gritando a
gritos que la economía esta mejorando y que el mercado inmobiliario esta mejorando
de manera clara, esto es otro ejemplo de las mentiras y falta de información que los gobiernos
y creencias populares hacen ver a la gente aunque la realidad sea muy diferente.

Lo cierto es que el mercado esta experimentando otra burbuja menor que la anterior pero sigue siendo una burbuja y los datos de Idealista lo confirman afirmando que el descuento medio que los compradores en la ciudad de Madrid consiguen es de entre un 10% a un 25% en caso de los pisos en venta por parte de particulares mientras que en el caso de los bancos el descuento es mucho mayor lo que demuestra que los precios que vemos actualmente están inflado un mínimo del 10%.

Esta segunda burbuja se debe a que la gente y los bancos no quieren vender sus casas a precio de mercado y todos tienen la gran certeza que el mercado se esta recuperando y nada esta mas lejos de la realidad, como en el caso de los tiempos previos a la crisis todo el mundo decía que la vivienda no podría bajar, directores de banco, presidentes , ministros de economía y toda la gente que se suponían que son expertos en el tema y que nosotros tratamos como tal pero resulto que todos se equivocaron
como esta pasando ahora mismo.

En nuestro afán por creer que lo peor ha pasado y nuestra poca información, preguntate a ti mismo que soluciones se pusieron en la mesa para solucionar la crisis ?

#1)  Los mercados mundiales sufrirán una corrección a la baja desde niveles de sobre compra en parte afectados por intereses al alza. El S&P 500 PERDERÁ un 25% a mas durante 2016 mientras la recesión mundial empeora todos los datos macro económicos.
Todos los datos económicos desde principios del 2016 son idénticos o incluso peores a los datos de posteriores a la crisis del 2008.

Las cifras oficiales de paro se ha reducido desde que la crisis empezó en 2008, gran parte de estas reducciones es entre otras cosas por que gran parte de la población activa dejaron el país ademas de extranjeros que retornaron debido a la situación, también personas que dejaron la búsqueda activa de trabajo debido a la falta total de ofertas o oportunidades en un prolongado tiempo.
También un factor de gran peso es que hemos cambiando de un sistema de calidad por cantidad
teniendo esto en cuenta se puede ver claramente que gran parte de los trabajos producidos en esta época son de tiempo parcial y poca seguridad laboral sin mencionar el salario.
La manipulación de los datos por parte de el gobierno para cambiar la perspectiva de la ciudadanía
es otro factor que cuenta en gran medida en crear una falsa recuperación económica.
