Is my beleive that the worst of this economic event in 2020 is not over yet,is rather just the earthquake before the wave of economic dowturn that is slowly but surely sinking in.
The bull run can not be ethernal we all know that and the bear that has being waiting for a long itme now is allready awake and ready to burst out of the cave.
Wait 24 months and houses will be cheaper for those who can meet the thight condition to come.
